Executive thought partnership

The work starts before the draft.

I work directly with founders and senior executives who want to develop their professional voice and public presence without taking on the writing and publishing themselves.

01 What the work covers
01

Position and voice discovery

We establish the territory you can credibly own. Conversations, voice notes and relevant source material show me how you reason and how you naturally express it.

02

Research, argument and writing

I question assumptions, develop the argument and handle the ghostwriting. The work can include LinkedIn posts and supporting visuals within the agreed programme.

03

Publishing and stewardship

The relationship can include scheduling, publication, agreed comment responses, relevant industry engagement, useful inbound flags and a monthly content and positioning review.

02 How it works
01

Establish the position

We identify the experience, beliefs and disagreements that deserve public expression.

02

Test the argument

I push on weak logic and easy answers before an audience has the chance to do it.

03

Write and approve

I research, draft and revise the work. You retain final authority over every public position.

04

Publish and review

We work to an agreed schedule, keep sensitive responses under appropriate approval and review the position each month.

03 Before we begin

Direct answers.

01When does a CEO need a thought partner rather than a content writer?

When the bottleneck is not the sentence but the position. A thought partner helps decide what is worth saying, tests whether it holds and then turns the stronger thinking into writing.

02What can the ongoing relationship include?

Positioning and voice discovery, focused conversations and voice notes, research, argument development, ghostwriting, an agreed LinkedIn publishing schedule, supporting visuals, publication, agreed engagement support and a monthly content and positioning review.

03Do you handle publishing and engagement?

Where we agree it in advance, I can schedule and publish work, prepare appropriate comment responses, contribute to relevant industry conversations and flag useful inbound opportunities. This is managed executive-writing support, not unrestricted account monitoring or a standalone social-media-management service.

04Who has final authority over what is published?

You do. I will challenge the argument and recommend a position, but the client retains final authority. Sensitive communications and substantive responses require appropriate approval.

The thinking before the writing.

Bring the experience. I will help you find the position worth owning.
