Executive ghostwriting and thought partnership for founders and senior leaders

I turn senior leaders' commercial judgement into positions worth owning and writing worth publishing.

Twenty years of commercial leadership sit behind the thinking, positioning and writing. I help experienced leaders make their argument precise, preserve their voice and publish without turning content into another full-time job.

01 Who I am

My writing is grounded in 20 years of commercial leadership.

Global B2B leadership across the UK, Europe and the Middle East.

I am Saieed Sadeghzadeh, a multi-market commercial leader, executive ghostwriter and strategic thought partner.

Over 20 years, I have led sales, wholesale, international growth, full P&Ls, teams of up to 300 and credit exposure above £150M across the UK, Europe and the Middle East. The work has contributed to more than £500M in revenue impact.

I understand the pressure behind the public answer: the missed number, the disputed strategy and the decision nobody wants to own. That experience is useful in a writing room.

My work begins before the draft. I help leaders identify what they genuinely think, test whether the argument holds and turn it into writing that sounds like them.

02 What I do

The content usually fails before the first sentence.

Someone chooses a topic, fills the calendar and starts drafting before deciding what the leader actually has to say. That is how competent people end up publishing competent content nobody remembers.

Good executive writing starts further back. What have you seen up close that changed your mind? Where do you disagree with the standard answer?

If a draft could belong to any competent CEO on LinkedIn, it is not finished. Your name is carrying it. The writing has to earn that.

04 How the work develops

A clear process, without giving you another job.

01

Establish the position

We decide what you genuinely believe, where your experience gives you authority and what you are prepared to defend in public.

02

Test the argument

I question the assumptions, look for the commercial consequence and find the points that will fail when somebody pushes back.

03

Capture the voice

I listen for the language you use when the prepared answer stops, then use it as the standard for every draft.

04

Write and revise

I handle the research, structure and draft. You tell me plainly where it is wrong, and we refine it until you can own every line.

05

You should not need another job to work with your ghostwriter.

The process has to respect the calendar it is supposed to help.

Your part

Give me access to the thinking.

Give me one focused conversation and the occasional voice note. Then tell me plainly when a sentence is wrong. I need to hear how you think without giving you hours of homework.

My part

Turn the thinking into work worth publishing.

I bring the questions, research, structure, draft and revisions. I also keep track of what you have already said, where your position is changing and which phrases do not sound like you.

Selected client work

Client identities remain private. The outcomes and quotes come from their own feedback.

Most ghostwritten work carries somebody else’s name. These examples show the brief, what I handled and what changed, while keeping the client relationship confidential.

07 Questions, answered

The questions leaders ask before working with me.

If yours is missing, send it to me.

01How is your work different from conventional ghostwriting?

A conventional brief often begins with a topic and ends with a draft. I start earlier. We identify what you genuinely think, test whether the argument holds and decide what your experience gives you the authority to say. The writing comes after that work.

02What does a strategic thought partner do?

I help you make the thinking more precise before it becomes public. That can mean questioning an assumption, finding the commercial consequence or telling you that an argument is polished but still weak. I then turn the stronger position into writing in your voice.

03Will you challenge my argument if you disagree with it?

Yes. Respectfully and with reasons. Agreement is easy to buy and rarely useful. You keep the final judgement, but I will not strengthen the prose while ignoring a weakness in the thinking.

04Can we begin with positioning before ongoing writing?

Yes. We can first establish what you should be known for, where you have earned authority and which ideas are worth developing. That work can stand alone or become the foundation for an ongoing writing programme.

05What executive content can you write?

LinkedIn posts, newsletters, articles, essays, speeches, internal messages and book manuscripts. The format changes. The standard does not.

06Can you ghostwrite a leadership book?

Yes. I can handle interviews, the argument, structure, research, drafting and revisions. I do not handle publishing or literary representation.

07How do you capture an executive’s voice?

I listen for the story you remember and the point you push back on. Your own phrases usually appear when the prepared answer stops. I use those as the test for every draft.

08Do you use AI in your writing process?

I use AI where it is useful for research and workflow. I do not ask it to manufacture your experience or make the final judgement. AI-enabled. Human-led.

08

If your thinking is stronger than your current content, let's talk.

Tell me what you want to be known for and where the thinking or writing keeps getting stuck. A few honest lines are enough.
